Personal data that we process
AT&C processes your personal details whenever you make use of our services and/or when you provide these details to us yourself. We process the following personal details:

- Other personal details you actively provide, e.g. by filling in the contact form on this website, in written correspondence and by telephone.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal details?
AT&C processes your personal details for the following purposes:
- In order to call or e-mail, so that we can perform our services
- In order to inform you about any changes to our services
- In order to provide our services
- In order to send you our newsletter
Automated decision-making
AT&C does not take decisions on matters that could have (significant) implications for individuals on the basis of automated processing. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems without the intervention of a human being (e.g. an AT&C employee).

AT&C will not retain your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected.

AT&C will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide this data where needed in order to fulfil our agreement with you or comply with a legal obligation. We enter into processing agreements with the companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure that they do so with the same degree of security and confidentiality. AT&C remains responsible for these processing operations.

Data inspection, modification or deletion
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You are also entitled to revoke your permission for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by AT&C, and have the right to data portability. This means you can request that we send any personal data we have gathered to you or any other organisation you specify in the form of a computer file. To submit a request to inspect, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or withdraw your consent for or object to the processing of your personal data, send an e-mail to info@atcaccountants.nl. In order to ensure that this request is genuine, we ask that you enclose a copy of your proof of identity. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is necessary to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within a maximum of four weeks. AT&C would also like to remind you that you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
